Blossom Services Group is approved by North Dakota Department of Human Services as a Qualified Service Provider (QSP).
We accept Medicaid and Private Pay.

It is the belief of this agency that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are a part of that process.
